SHIPPING POLICY

Jewelrysolutionsforyou.com is happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state. We do ship using USPS. All shipping costs are prepaid by the buyer as part of the sale.

We ship via US Mail. If you require custom shipping, please add your requirement into the comments section of your order. In the event you have already made your purchase, contact us with your request via email at: sales@jewlerysolutionsforyou.com. We will make best efforts to accommodate your request.

RETURNS POLICY

Incorrect Orders
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all parts and accessories to insure full credit towards replacement. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or the tags; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 7 days of delivery at: sales@jewlerysolutionsforyou.com. Please supply the Account Manager with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Jewlerysolutionsforyou.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately . Please include your order number in the e-mail.

Return Instructions

Here is the simple process for returning an item to JewlerySolutionsforyou.com:

• Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the return shipping address.
• Write your RMA code on the original packing slip you received form JewlerySolutionsforyou.com.
• Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
• Ship your return prepaid for the full purchase price by US Postal Service or any carrier or your choice
